Alix Edwards has a number of photographic series available for exhibition at your venue which include abstract floral prints, macro photography, portraits and series about community issues.

Alix's prints have been exhibited extensively in London venues which include Oxford House, The Women's Business Centre, 198 Gallery, The Old Truman Brewery, The Russian Club, The Laundry, Rich Mix, The Overlay Street Gallery, Central Saint MartinsSpringfield ParkSutton House Gallery... She also participates in Photomonth and Women's History Month festivals.

Check out her new pieces: What I Love About Summer... and "29" from the series By Numbers showing from March and April 2015 at Hackney Central Library and and as part of March 26-29 at The Laundry, London Fields and My Beautiful Launderette, a tribute to "fallen women".                                                                                

Recent exhibitions include Alix Edwards new series  MY EUROPEAN HOLIDAY! inspired by her own experience of the poem WELCOME TO HOLLAND by Emily Perl Kingsley exhibited at the summer photography exhibition the City Lit, Covent Garden and screened in The Gas Bar.

as well as the latest fishy designs inspired by her recent exhibition WONDROUS! and portraits of the participants from ART IN THE COMMUNITY at Clapton Salvation Army, 122-124 Lower Clapton Road, London E5 OQR as part of London Creativity and Wellbeing week 2014.

WONDROUS!  uses photography to explore the natural symmetry, shapes and colours inside flowers both inside and outside the water, inspiring us to take a closer look at the world around us.

It included a FREE workshop DRAWING THE WONDER at both venues where participants created vibrant artworks to  mirror the symmetry and colour of nature!                       

Photographic prints of these images from these series are for sale.The proceeds will go towards funding future community projects.
